On 20 October 2016, the Registry of the ICC issued a call for call for experts to assist the court with the reparations proceedings for victims in the case against Ahmad Al Faqi Al Mahdi. Noting a decision of the TC on 29 September 2016, the Registry issued the call and noted that the TC my appoint competent experts on victims reparations in accordance with Regulation 44 of the Regulations of the Court to assist the Court with determining the extent of damages, losses and injuries of the victims participating in the case.
